Little Tiger Records is a student-run record label at Riverside Music College in Busby, Glasgow. Students on the HND Music Business course are involved in all processes essential to releasing a record, from A&R, promotion, through to legal requirements.

Little Tiger are proud to announce the release of the debut single by fresh indie, jangle-pop four piece -The Plastic Youth. “Sweet Dreamer” is released on 28th September, and showcases just some of the great young talent to come out of Riverside Music College, with two members of the group being students on the HND Performance class. The single was recorded at Riverside’s studio, produced by Ross Cameron (assisted by students on the HND Sound Production course).

The Plastic Youth are in their own words, “a Glasgow-based four-piece who infuse a backdrop of crisp and exciting guitar tones topped with sugary, infectious melodies. Recalling the likes of White Album-period Beatles, Alvvays, The Strokes and Frankie Cosmos”. The band was formed in late 2013 when lead vocalist Jack Graham was joined by brother Adam Graham (drums) and child-hood neighbour Nic Sharp (lead guitar), before bringing in Jude Taylor on bass to complete the line up.
